R: To exploit as best the performance of your reserved area you need to surf using Internet Explorer 6 and latest versions or Mozilla Firefox 2 or latest versions.
D: I'm not able to loggin in with my personal codes, what can I do?
R: Please first of all check again if you typed the correct username and password paying attention to capitals/small letters. Remember that the Username is a 8 digits code printed also in the invoices.
